We think buy toLondon Buy to Let Mortgages let represents a fabulous opportunity in 2012 and beyond for London’s property investors and landlord’s.

After all the rental sector is incredibly strong right now.

The good news is that UK mortgage lenders see the buy to let sector as one they’d like to expand into. The reason of course behind this is not their charitable inclinations, but that it is a more profitable way to lend their limited resources in these times of lower lending levels.

But that is exactly the point. We have a contrarian view of the world (do the opposite to others). If you believe that the only way is up and that the property market is at the bottom of a new cycle, then this could be a great time to enter the buy to let market, or continue to develop your portfolio.

Buy to Let is probably an area more than any other that having an excellent broker can really help you.
